Cassie's Corner was a dream come true for owner Rose Merendino. It all started 20 years ago after Rose walked into a little store very similar to Cassie's in a small town in California.

The Name Cassie's corner was born shortly after the birth of Rose's first Granddaughter Cassie, it just sounded like the right name for our store. By the time the Store was a reality Rose's second Granddaughter was born, hence Ashleigh's Espresso Bar.

The Location For Cassies Corner was discovered by Rose and Her Daughter Michelle one Day as they were just out and about for a walk, they saw the store where Cassies corner sits now and they just knew. That's the spot.

Now Here we are one and a half years into it and things are great. We are going to be expanding our current selection and adding a sandwhich shop, which will include Boar's head Cold cuts and Soups. Tables will be added for everyone who wants to stop by have a coffee and a sandwhich, or some soup and sit and enjoy a nice lunch.
